This fee covers the cost of a comfortable car with petrol and a dedicated sales executive who will pick you up from Kathgodam in the morning and take you to all the properties you’ve selected on WhatsApp.

Ways to avoid or reduce the service charge:

Bring Your Own Car:

Meet our sales executive at Kathgodam, and they will guide you to all the selected properties. In this case, the visiting charge is reduced to ₹1000.

Self-Guided Visit:

Request the GPS location, satellite images, photos, and videos of the property, and visit on your own. You can confirm your interest via video call, and the visiting charge will be ₹0.

Note: All visiting charges will be fully refunded if you decide to purchase a property!
