Unlock unbeatable rates in Haldwani! Enjoy our rock-bottom commission of just 2% from both sellers and buyers. Experience great deals with a smarter way to buy and sell! (Lowest Commission: Enjoy a flat 2% commission rate for both sellers and buyers — the lowest in the market!)

Outside Haldwani City –

Sellers:

Looking to sell property in Uttarakhand beyond Haldwani City? From Nainital and Bhimtal to Almora, Ranikhet, and beyond, we offer customized rates for sellers based on property value and mutual agreement. Get a fair and tailored deal that fits your unique property!

Buyers:

Property Visits: For property visits outside Haldwani City, a charge of Rs. 3,000 per day applies.
Successful Deals: If you finalize a deal through UttarakhandProperty.in, our commission is 2% of the total deal amount. However, the property visit charge will be deducted from this final commission.

We offer free property visits in Haldwani. However, for properties in the Pahad region, we charge a visiting fee of ₹3000. This fee covers the cost of a comfortable car with petrol and a dedicated sales executive who will pick you up from Kathgodam in the morning and take you to all the properties you’ve selected on WhatsApp.

Why is there a charge?

Visiting properties in the Pahad involves significant resources, including time, fuel, and our team’s effort to ensure you have the best experience.

Ways to avoid or reduce the service charge:

Bring Your Own Car:

Meet our sales executive at Kathgodam, and they will guide you to all the selected properties. In this case, the visiting charge is reduced to ₹1000.

Self-Guided Visit:

Request the GPS location, satellite images, photos, and videos of the property, and visit on your own. You can confirm your interest via video call, and the visiting charge will be ₹0.

Note: All visiting charges will be fully refunded if you decide to purchase a property!
